1. How long does delivery take once I place my order?

At Margaret & Rose, we keep our process simple and transparent. Once your order is placed, it first goes through a processing phase of 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During this time, we carefully prepare and package your items for dispatch.

After dispatch, the transit time is usually 7–14 business days, depending on the courier’s schedule and your location within the United Kingdom. We work with Royal Mail and other trusted delivery partners to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, so you can follow your parcel until it arrives at your door.

2. Do you ship outside of the United Kingdom?

At this time, we ship within the United Kingdom only. We are unable to process or deliver orders outside of the UK. Limiting our service area allows us to provide reliable delivery times and avoid unexpected customs delays or fees, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for all of our customers.

3. Is shipping free on all orders?

No, shipping is not free. We offer two affordable delivery options:
